Pull candidate companies from a public registry, then crawl each with the website adapter. Gated sources (APVMA CSV, ABR, trade data) return setup notes until configured.

Validation note. The master plan gates production scrapers on the manual 120-company spike. The crawler above is live for evaluation; discovery and credential-gated adapters are listed below with what they need to activate.
